We offer private guiding and instructional programs in all mountain adventures in spring, summer and winter across Canada, Western USA, Europe and Asia.
Exclusive Program
A custom designed trip allows you and your friends to enjoy the benefits of small guide to guest ratios and create an adventure specifically tailored to your skills and interests.
Using your preferred timing, desired location and mountain adventure we design a customized itinerary to meet your skills, previous experience and timeframe. Even while on trip, your guide will continue to adjust the program to suit you.
Time Investment
Hiring a guide privately can often reduce costs as it fits your schedule and meets your objectives efficiently. Custom trips are based on private guiding rates, guide to guest ratios and type of instructional course or mountain adventure (ski touring, mountaineering, hiking, rock climbing, ice climbing).
Included in all programs are trip organization, professionally certified guiding services (ACMG / IFMGA), instructional services / material if applicable, required park and land permits, group safety, rescue and technical equipment. Please contact us directly for reduced rates for groups larger then those priced below.
Private Guiding Rates
Guests are responsible for transportation to meeting location, personal gear and equipment, trip and medical insurance, snacks and lunches on trip and meals and lodging prior to program start.
For an all-inclusive program, we would calculate additional fees that may be associated with the program (breakfasts, dinners, lodging, group transport, guide travel costs, lift access fees, hut/camping fees and specialized technical safety equipment).
Booking Your Trip
To arrange a trip, contact us directly with type of mountain adventure you’re interested in, number of people, how long the trip or course will be, preferred location and dates. We will put together an itinerary and quote for you. See booking page for registration details.
Once your trip is building and confirmed we will send you detailed equipment list, resource suggestions for gear rental or purchase and ideas for your pre-trip training and preparation.
